介绍了微孔复合隔膜在镍电解中的应用,在pH值为4.5~4.8,电解液比重为1.175~1.180 g.cm-3,电流强度为4.5~5.0 A,液位差为50 mm的条件下,以复合隔膜和棉隔膜作对比进行了4个月的连续运行试验。试验结果表明,复合隔膜比棉隔膜的使用寿命长,电解后微孔复合隔膜的性能指标比棉隔膜稳定,透水率2.5×102(ml.cm-2.min-1),最大孔径4.5μm,平均孔径2.0μm,膜比电阻1600Ω.cm-1左右,而且套有复合隔膜的阴极板上沉积镍的速率远大于套有棉隔膜的阴极板,达到5 g.d-1。复合隔膜材料的耐酸、耐温,具有良好的化学稳定性和抗氧化性能。
