目的:探讨工作场所空气中烷烃类化合物的最佳试验条件。方法:采用DEGS色谱柱,流动相高纯氮流速为45 ml/min,氢气流速为65 ml/min,空气流速为55 ml/min。结果:3种烷烃类化合物在0.005μg/ml~10.0μg/ml范围内线形关系良好,精密度在1.2%~6.3%之间。结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,适用于工作场所空气中烷烃类化合物的测定。
Objective: To investigate the best experimental conditions of alkanes in the air of the workplace. Methods: The DEGS column was used. The flow rate of high purity nitrogen was 45 ml / min, the flow rate of hydrogen was 65 ml / min and the air flow rate was 55 ml / min. Results: The linearity of the three alkanes in the range of 0.005μg / ml ~ 10.0μg / ml was good with the precision of 1.2% ~ 6.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the determination of paraffins in the air of workplace.
