目的:探讨感觉统合训练对认知落后患儿的影响。方法:将46例3-6岁符合认知落后诊断标准~(1)患儿随机分为干预组23例和对照组23例,分别对其实施感觉统合训练和常规训练,两组每周集中训练5d,每天50min,持续3个月,用韦氏学龄前儿童智力量表(WPPSI-Ⅳ)~(2),评价训练效果。结果:所有认知落后患儿均有改善(P<0.01);实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:加入感觉统合训练对提高认知水平有明显帮助。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sensory integration training on children with cognitive impairment. Methods: A total of 46 children aged 3-6 who met the criteria of cognitive impairment ~ (1) were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 23) and control group (n = 23). Sensory integration training and routine training were performed respectively. Training 5d, daily 50min, for 3 months, with Wechsler Preschool Children Intelligence Scale (WPPSI-Ⅳ) ~ (2), evaluate the training effect. Results: All children with cognitive deficits improved (P <0.01). The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Adding sensory integration training has obvious help to improve cognition.
