探讨了复杂阀体制壳过程中加速型壳内腔干燥速度的方法。在硅溶胶制壳过程中,阀体内腔常因干燥不良造成铸造缺陷,且因整个制壳过程型壳干燥速度过低而大大延长了制壳周期。设计了加速型壳干燥的装置后,明显缩短了制壳周期,大幅度减少了因型壳干燥不良造成的铸造缺陷。
The method of drying the speed of cavity of accelerating shell during complicated shell making process was discussed. Shell in the process of silica sol, the valve cavity often due to poor drying caused by casting defects, and because the entire shell process shell drying rate is too low and greatly extended the shell cycle. The design of an accelerated shell drying device significantly shortens the shell cycle and significantly reduces casting defects caused by poor shell drying.
