广西1998年开始积极探索,突破原有的模式,对年度考核方法进行创新,逐步建立起了一套更科学的、更人性化的年度考核方法,实现了单一定性考核到综合性考核、从半智能化统计到光标阅读机识别、从手工操作到电脑自动化的突破,为公正、客观评价公务员业绩,建立公务员激励竞争机制,建设高素质公务员队伍发挥了重要的作用。
