教师在教学过程中要不断地评估教学效果,大学英语教师的评估素养关系到大学英语教学的效果与效率。近年来,大学英语教师的评估素养开始吸引教育工作者的关注。本文援用生态学的平衡观点和可持续发展观点,分析了大学英语教师评估素养的构成要素及其影响因素,建立了教师素养在教学过程中的运行图,探索了教师评估素养提升的模式,以期提醒相关各方对教师评估素养的重视与思考,通过促进教师评估素养的提升提高大学英语的教学质量。
Teachers in the teaching process to constantly assess the effectiveness of teaching, college English teacher evaluation of literacy related to the effectiveness and efficiency of college English teaching. In recent years, the evaluation of college English teachers began to attract the attention of educators. In this paper, we use the viewpoint of ecological balance and sustainable development to analyze the components of college English teachers’ assessment of literacy and its influencing factors, establish the operation plans of teachers’ literacy in the teaching process, explore the mode of teachers’ assessment of literacy, Remind relevant parties to pay attention to and think about teacher’s assessment of literacy, improve teaching quality of college English by promoting the improvement of teacher’s assessment of literacy.
