一、提出问属 自1993年初起,在美国“信息高速公路”建设的带动下,一股新的信息浪潮席卷全球,深刻地影响着社会的政治、经济、文化格局和结构,改变着人们的生活、工作和相互沟通方式。对任何企业来说,是机遇,能够充分及时地进行内外的信息交流,使企业在更广阔的空间生存发展;是挑战,信息经济条件下,考验企业的生存能力和市场竞争力。我们的商业集团是在上海商业管理体制改革和商业企业改革的双重推动下应运而生的,无论是资产规模、销售额,还是经营面积、职工人数在上海商业中均占有举足轻重的地位。商业集团对外要努力拓展,产品卖出去,关键是市场,但市场是客观存在,同时又是瞬息万变的,抓住市场,靠信息;对内要总揽集团全局,加强协调管理,也靠信息。
