对加拿大红豆杉Taxus canadensis针叶的化学成分进行研究。采用多种色谱手段进行分离,通过波谱解析确定化合物结构。从加拿大红豆杉针叶中分离并鉴定了1个双黄酮化合物3-hydroxy-4,7-dimethylamentoflavone(1),该化合物为新化合物。
The chemical composition of Taxus canadensis needles in Taxus chinensis was studied. Various chromatographic methods were used for the separation and the structure of the compound was confirmed by spectral analysis. One biflavone compound, 3-hydroxy-4, 7-dimethylamentoflavone (1), was isolated and identified as a new compound from Taxus chinensis.
