目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌组织中上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)和神经型钙黏附蛋白(N-cadherin)的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV法检测62例食管鳞状细胞癌组织(男36例,女26例;≥60岁33例,<60岁29例;组织学分级:Ⅰ级15例,Ⅱ级25例,Ⅲ级22例;浸润深度:浅层7例,深层55例;有淋巴结转移20例,无淋巴结转移42例)、31例癌旁不典型增生组织及62例正常食管黏膜组织中E-cadherin、N-cadherin蛋白的表达情况。结果:正常食管黏膜、癌旁不典型增生及食管鳞状细胞癌组织中E-cadherin的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为95.2%(59/62)、71.0%(22/31)、40.3%(25/62);N-cadherin的阳性表达率依次升高,分别为29.0%(18/62)、61.3%(19/31)、75.8%(47/62),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);食管鳞状细胞癌组织中E-cadherin和N-cadherin的表达与组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),且2者的表达成负相关(r=-0.534,P<0.05)。结论:E-cadherin的低表达和N-cadherin的高表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的浸润及转移密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Sixty-two esophageal squamous cell carcinomas (36 males and 26 females; 33 cases ≥60 years old and 29 cases <60 years old) were studied by immunohistochemical PV method. The histological grade was 15 grade Ⅰ and 25 grade Ⅱ Cases, Ⅲ grade 22 cases; depth of invasion: shallow in 7 cases, deep in 55 cases; with lymph node metastasis in 20 cases, no lymph node metastasis in 42 cases), 31 cases of paraneoplastic atypical hyperplasia and 62 cases of normal esophageal mucosa tissue E- cadherin, N-cadherin protein expression. Results: The positive rates of E-cadherin in normal esophageal mucosa, paraneoplastic atypical hyperplasia and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 95.2% (59/62), 71.0% (22/31) and 40.3% The positive rates of N-cadherin were 29.0% (18/62), 61.3% (19/31) and 75.8% (47/62), respectively, with significant difference (P (All P <0.05). The expressions of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were correlated with histological grade, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05) -0.534, P <0.05). Conclusion: The low expression of E-cadherin and the high expression of N-cadherin are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
