沥青混凝土路面冷再生技术是指利用沥青混凝土路面材料(包括面层材料和部分基层材料)进行破碎加工,需要时加入部分新骨料或细集料,按比例加入一定量的添加剂(水泥、石灰、粉煤灰、泡沫沥青和乳化沥青等)和适量的水,在自然环境温度下连续地完成材料的铣刨、破碎、添加、拌和、摊铺及压实成型的作业过程,并重新形成结构层的一种工艺方法。在施工中如何做到材料用量最合理、施工质量最好,就需要对冷再生材料进行科学配合比设计。以下谈一下冷再生材料配合比设计思路,供同行参考。
