目的应用3.0 T磁共振血管成像(MRA)技术对基底动脉进行活体观察和测量。方法对108例受试者行MRA及常规MRI检查,男58例,女50例,年龄4~63岁。观察颅内段椎基底动脉形态分型,测量基底动脉长度及管腔直径,并进行统计学分析。结果基底动脉常见类型依次为ⅠⅠ型、ⅡRⅢ型、ⅡRⅠ型或ⅡLⅠ型。基底动脉平均直线长度为(2.35±0.30)cm,男性比女性基底动脉直线长度长(t=4.19,P<0.0001)。基底动脉直线长度与年龄呈直线正相关(P<0.05,r=0.28)。51例基底动脉发生侧弯,除1例为双侧弯曲外,余均为单侧弯曲。基底动脉管腔平均直径(0.26±0.05)cm。基底动脉上、中、下3段管腔直径无差别(χ2=3.13,P>0.05)。男性比女性基底动脉管腔平均直径宽(t=3.03,P<0.05)。结论 MRA可以对基底动脉进行无创性在体测量和研究,得到基底动脉分型图及相关参数。
Objective To observe and measure the basilar artery in vivo with 3.0 T magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Methods One hundred and eighty subjects underwent MRA and routine MRI examination. There were 58 males and 50 females, aged from 4 to 63 years. The intracranial vertebrobasilar artery morphology was observed. The basilar artery length and lumen diameter were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The common types of basilar artery were Ⅰ Ⅰ type, ⅡR Ⅲ type, ⅡR Ⅰ type or Ⅱ L Ⅰ type. The average linear length of basilar artery was (2.35 ± 0.30) cm, longer than that of female basilar artery (t = 4.19, P <0.0001). The linear length of basilar artery was positively correlated with age (P <0.05, r = 0.28). 51 cases of basilar artery scoliosis, except one case of bilateral curvature, the rest are unilateral bending. The mean basilar artery lumen diameter (0.26 ± 0.05) cm. There was no difference in the luminal diameter of the upper, middle and lower 3 basilar arteries (χ2 = 3.13, P> 0.05). The average diameter of the lumen of the basilar artery was wider in males than in females (t = 3.03, P <0.05). Conclusion MRA can basilar artery in noninvasive in vivo measurement and study, the type of basilar artery map and related parameters.
