通过对中原油田资产现状的分析，提出租赁是盘活油田资产，特别是石油专用资产的有效途径。从理论上论述了租赁的特点及其对油田生产发展的作用，并结合中原油田的实际情况，提出了采取几种不同方式开展租赁的途径，并简述了今后租赁业务的重点及发展方向。
By analyzing the current situation of the assets of Zhongyuan Oilfield, it is proposed that leasing is an effective way to revitalize oilfield assets, especially oil-specific assets. This paper theoretically discusses the characteristics of leasing and its role in the development of oilfield production. Combined with the actual situation of Zhongyuan Oilfield, it proposes ways to carry out leasing in several different ways, and outlines the focus and direction of future leasing business.
