The article describes the first prototype of a high-performance waste heat recovery power plant operating experience of about one year to prove that the original design performance. The article also introduced the host exhaust temperature is an important factor to reduce exhaust energy loss. This is a practical device and can effectively recover waste heat. The unit can supply the power needed on board as well as marine steam. This article also describes the practicality, economy and structure of a three-stage pressure steam generating system, an exhaust gas economizer and a particle removing ash scrubber.
