介绍了生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分的两种新方法的工艺和特点。第一种是利用催化蒸馏技术生产甲基叔丁基醚,该工艺充分利用了催化蒸馏这一复合分离技术的优点,并结合以适当的催化剂装填方式,在工业应用上取得了很好的效果。第二种是利用带有再循环的异构化分离组合工艺生产二甲基丁烷和异戊烷,该工艺能够有效地增加汽油中异构烷烃的含量,大幅度地提高汽油辛烷值。
The processes and characteristics of two new methods for producing high-octane gasoline blending components are introduced. The first is the use of catalytic distillation technology to produce methyl tert-butyl ether, the process takes full advantage of the catalytic distillation of the advantages of this composite separation technology, combined with the appropriate catalyst loading, and achieved good results in industrial applications . The second is the production of dimethylbutane and isopentane by a combined process of isomerization and separation with recycle, which can effectively increase the content of isoparaffin in gasoline and greatly increase the octane number of gasoline.
