目的 比较野生动物销售人员和健康人群感染SARS冠状病毒的情况 ,为探索验证SARS冠状病毒源于动物的假设提供依据。方法 于 2 0 0 3年 5月选择广州市 3个野生动物市场销售人员、2家医院的医务人员、某疾病预防控制中心工作人员及某门诊健康体检人员等无SARS临床症状的健康人群为调查对象 ,采集调查对象的血清 ,用间接ELISA法检测SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体。结果 共检测销售野生动物人员血清 5 0 8份 ,SARS冠状病毒抗体阳性率为1 3 0 2 % (6 6 / 5 0 8) ,其中以主要销售果子狸人员的阳性率最高 ,为 72 7% (1 6 / 2 2 ) ,其次销售山猪人员为 5 7 1 % (1 6 / 2 8) ,销售黄犭京人员为 5 6 3% (9/ 1 6 ) ,销售兔人员为 4 6 2 % (6 / 1 3) ,销售山鸡人员为 33 3% (3/ 9) ,另在猫、鸟和蛇等其他 1 2种野生动物的销售人员中均不同程度检出SARS冠状病毒抗体。其他健康人群SARS冠状病毒抗体阳性率为 2 1 1 %(6 / 2 84 ) ,其中医院医务人员为 2 92 % (4 / 1 37) ,疾病控制人员为 1 5 9% (1 / 6 3) ,社区健康人员为 1 1 9% (1 / 84 )。销售野生动物人员SARS冠状病毒抗体阳性率与其他健康人群比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =2 6 0 89,P <0 0 1 )。结论 野生动物销售人员的SARS冠状病毒抗体阳性率显著高于其他健康人群
Objective To compare the SARS-CoV infection status between wild animal sales workers and healthy people, and to provide basis for the hypothesis of SARS-CoV originating from animals. Methods In May 2003, three healthy animal populations with no clinical symptoms of SARS were selected from three marketing staff of wild animals in Guangzhou, medical staff from two hospitals, staff from a CDC and an outpatient medical examination. Subjects were collected from the sera of the surveyed individuals and IgG antibodies against SARS coronavirus were detected by indirect ELISA. Results A total of 588 serum samples of wild animals were tested and the positive rate of SARS coronavirus antibody was 132.02% (66/508). The highest positive rate was 72.7% (16/22), followed by sales of pigs and pigs by 57.1% (16/28), sales of Huangpijing staff by 563% (9/16) and sales of rabbits by 462% 6/3), 33.3% (3/9) of pheasant were sold, and SARS-CoV antibodies were detected to varying degrees in the sales staff of other 12 species of wild animals such as cats, birds and snakes. The positive rate of SARS-CoV was 21.1% (6/284) in other healthy people, among which 92.2% (4/1 37) were medical staff in hospital and 15 59% (1/6 3) were disease control staff The number of community health workers was 119% (1/84). The positive rate of SARS coronavirus antibody in sales of wild animals was significantly different from other healthy people (χ2 = 26.089, P <0.01). Conclusions The positive rate of SARS coronavirus antibody of wild animal sales staff is significantly higher than that of other healthy people
