重点研究了平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动蜗轮滚刀的数字化建模方法,基于坐标变换、啮合原理推导了蜗轮滚刀基本蜗杆的齿面方程、滚刀刃口方程和后刀面方程。找到了一种在MATLAB中基于获得轴向截廓数据的建模方法,最后在SolidWorks中建立了蜗轮滚刀的三维实体模型。
The digital modeling method of planar quadruple enveloping worm geared hob is studied emphatically. Based on the coordinate transformation and meshing principle, the tooth surface equation, the hob edge equation and the flank equation of worm hob are derived. Found a modeling method based on obtaining axial profile data in MATLAB, and finally established a three-dimensional solid model of worm hob in SolidWorks.
