为了表明不同采摘期对杭白菊中主要有效成分含量的影响,确定最佳的采收时间,采集了杭白菊胎菊前期、胎菊后期、朵花前期和朵花后期4个时期的样品,采用苯酚硫酸法测定总糖的含量,以紫外可见光分光光度法测定黄酮类物质的含量以及通过高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。结果表明,不同的采摘期对杭白菊中的有效成分有显著的影响,总糖含量在胎菊后期最高,胎菊前期次之;黄酮类物质的含量在胎菊前期最高,随着生长期呈现下降的趋势;绿原酸含量在胎菊后期最高,胎菊前期次之;木犀草苷的含量在整个采摘期无显著性差异。综合采摘期与有效成分之间的含量差异,杭白菊的最佳采收期应定在胎菊时期。
In order to show the effect of different harvesting periods on the content of major active ingredients in Chrysanthemum morifolium, the best harvesting time was determined. Four samples from the early stage of Chrysanthemum, the late stage of Flos Chrysanthemum, the early flowering stage and the late flowering stage were collected. Determination of total sugar content by phenol sulfuric acid method, the determination of flavonoids by UV-visible spectrophotometry and the determination of chlorogenic acid and luteolin by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that different harvesting periods had a significant effect on the active ingredients in Chrysanthemum morifolium. The content of total sugar was the highest in the late stage of Flos Chrysanthemum and the second in the first stage of Flos Chrysanthemum. The content of flavonoids was the highest in the early stage of Chrysanthemum, The chlorogenic acid content was the highest in the late stage of Fetal chrysanthemum, followed by that in the first stage of Fetal chrysanthemum; the content of luteolin was not significantly different in the whole picking period. Comprehensive picking period and the active ingredient content differences between the best harvest of chrysanthemum should be set in the period of chrysanthemum.
