察右中旗华山子公社纳令大队地处山区。光山连绵,沟壑纵横。无雨干旱,雨大成灾。解放后,人民群众组织起来,大搞生产,可是,地越种越瘦,山越开越穷,发展牧业缺草,搞副业没门路。党支部书记吴汉文的童年就是在这种环境下度过的。二十年前,年轻的吴汉文当选为纳令大队党支部书记。他因为对山区生活有着切身的感受,上任后下决心要改变生产条件,改善群众生活。他曾多次想过:发展牛羊,可山上缺草;开荒扩大耕地,可往事浮现在他的眼前。 Zhaoyouzhong Banner Huashanzi Nalin Battalion is located in the mountains.
