通过直剪切试验,测定分析细碎化处理后大豆秸秆的内摩擦角、粘聚力和流动函数值,研究其流动力学特性,为大豆秸秆纤维制取机螺杆的优化设计提供理论依据。以细碎化处理后大豆秸秆含水率为试验因素,采用单因素对比试验方法,得出了细碎化处理后大豆秸秆的内摩擦、粘聚力和流动函数值随含水率变化的显著性程度及其变化趋势。结果表明:含水率对内摩擦角有显著的影响,随着含水率的降低,内摩擦角有先增大再减小的变化趋势,在含水率为75%时内摩擦角最小;含水率对粘聚力和流动函数值的影响均不显著。
