根据腹膜透析原理,结合中西医对慢性肾衰的病机认识,选用参麦注射液配合腹透进行研究,观察其对5/6肾切除慢性肾衰大鼠的影响。结果显示:单纯腹透、腹透加参麦肌注或腹透加参麦腹腔内使用均能显著降低BUN、Scr(尿素氮、肌酐),减缓肾脏病理改变;其中腹透配合参麦腹腔内给药降低BUN作用显著强于单纯腹透组。肾脏体镜视学分析显示,参麦配合腹透对肾脏代偿性肥大及肾小球硬化的改善作用显著好于单纯腹透组,且以腹透加参麦腹腔内使用效果最好。揭示参麦注射液配合腹透能延缓5/6肾切除大鼠的肾脏病理进程。其机制可能与腹透加强代谢产物排泄,参麦液改善血液动力学、抗凝、扩血管等因素有关。
According to the principle of peritoneal dialysis, combined with the understanding of the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure by Chinese and Western medicine, Shenmai injection was combined with peritoneal dialysis to study its effect on 5/6 nephrectomized rats with chronic renal failure. The results showed that BPH, Scr (blood urea nitrogen, creatinine), and renal pathological changes were significantly reduced by using peritoneal dialysis, intraperitoneal dialysis plus intragastric intramuscular injection, or intraperitoneal dialysis plus intraperitoneal injection of Shenmai intraperitoneally. The peritoneal dialysis combined with Shenmai abdominal cavity The effect of administration of BUN was significantly stronger than that of peritoneal dialysis group. The results of kidney spectroscopy showed that the effect of Shenmai combined with peritoneal dialysate on renal compensatory hypertrophy and glomerulosclerosis was significantly better than that of simple peritoneal dialysis group, and the effect of intraperitoneal injection of Shenmai and Shenmai was best. It was revealed that Shenmai injection combined with peritoneal dialysate could delay the renal pathological process in 5/6 nephrectomized rats. The mechanism may be related to the peritoneal dialysis enhancing the excretion of metabolites, and Shenmaiye is related to factors such as improvement of hemodynamics, anticoagulation, and vasodilation.
