国土资源大调查实施以来,我国财政体制改革也在不断完善.为促进国土资源调查工作的发展,提出了深化财政支出管理改革提高预算编制水平、逐步完善预算管理加强项目管理、提高核算水平、加强项目经费监督检查与绩效考评等建议,并分析了国土资源调查项目经费管理依然存在的一些问题.
