大连医科大学张耀锋教授等利用促分化剂抑制癌细胞的增殖，促使癌细胞再分化逆转为正常细胞，此项研究荣获辽宁省科技进步奖。他们以肿瘤标志酶、分化酶、环腺耷酸（cAMP）等作为观察指标，发现流杂脯氨酸类药物和中药灵芝对儿腹水肝癌细胞及Hca－F25／CL－16A3肝癌细胞／肝癌?
Prof. Zhang Yaofeng of Dalian Medical University used proliferation promoting agents to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and promoted the re-differentiation of cancer cells into normal cells. This study won the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. They used the tumor marker enzyme, differentiation enzyme, and cAMP as an observational indicator to find out that miscellaneous proline drugs and traditional Chinese medicine Ganoderma lucidum were used to treat ascites liver cancer cells and Hca-F25/CL-16A3 liver cancer cells/liver cancer.
