砖柱厂房是以砖柱(墙)做为承重和抗侧力构件,由于材料的脆性性质,其抗震性能比钢筋混凝土柱厂房差;由于砖往厂房内部空旷、横墙间距大,地震时的抗倒塌能力不如砌体结构的民用建筑。因此根据砖柱厂房的震害特点,找出杭震的薄弱环节,提出相应的抗震措施,提高其抗震能力是必要的。根据国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》编制的原则,通过对单层砖柱厂房震害分析,提出相应的抗震设计方法。
Due to the brittle nature of the material, the seismic performance of brick factory is worse than that of reinforced concrete column. Because the brick is open to the interior of the factory and the space between the transverse walls is large, Anti-collapse ability as masonry structure of civil construction. Therefore, according to the characteristics of seismic damage in brick-and-mortar plant, it is necessary to find out the weak link of the earthquake and put forward the corresponding anti-seismic measures to improve its anti-seismic capability. According to the principle of national standard “Seismic Design Code for Buildings”, the seismic design method is put forward by analyzing the seismic damage of single-storeyed brick factory.
