针对主动配电网市场化运营的问题,研究市场环境下的主动配电网运营模式,并对主动配电网市场参与主体的目标进行分析。基于多代理系统在主动配电网中的设计应用,设计考虑线路容量的主动配电网主体实时竞价模式。通过对竞价曲线变化方法的阐述,分析基于容量管理这一技术指标与基于市场清算价格这一经济指标所得的两个目标的均衡优化过程。通过算例分析,利用考虑容量管理的竞价曲线变换方法的主动配电网实时竞价运营模式与未利用该方法的主动配电网相比,有效地限制了功率峰值的出现,并且使得负荷曲线更加平整,同时降低了线损率。
In view of the problem of market-oriented operation of active distribution network, this paper studies the operation mode of active distribution network in the market environment and analyzes the objectives of active distribution network market participants. Based on the design and application of multi-agent system in active distribution network, a real-time bidding model of active distribution network considering line capacity is designed. Through the description of the change of bidding curve, the equilibrium optimization process based on the technical index of capacity management and the economic index based on market clearing price is analyzed. Through the example analysis, the real-time bidding operation mode of the active distribution network using the bidding curve transformation method which takes capacity management is compared with the active distribution grid which does not use this method, effectively limiting the occurrence of the power peak and making the load curve more Flat, while reducing the line loss rate.
