近年来,中国乳品行业进入低速增长。2015年前三季度数据显示:国内液体乳品的增速约5%,常温乳品的增速仅为2.7%,进口乳品更是出现逾10%的下滑;而创新型乳品的增速明显高于行业均速,其中常温酸奶增速达106.3%,新鲜酸奶为10.5%,乳酸菌饮料为7.4%。这些都充分说明,未来乳品行业的发展将会发生巨大变化。
In recent years, China’s dairy industry has entered a slow growth. Figures from the first three quarters of 2015 show that the growth rate of domestic liquid dairy products is about 5%, that of normal dairy products is only 2.7% and that of imported dairy products is more than 10%. The growth rate of innovative dairy products is obviously higher than that of the industry Average speed, of which room temperature yogurt growth rate of 106.3%, fresh yogurt 10.5%, lactic acid bacteria beverage 7.4%. All these fully show that the future development of the dairy industry will undergo tremendous changes.
