目的探讨红花注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和IL-10水平的影响。方法 64只健康雄性SD大鼠随机均分为假手术组、模型组、红花注射液4 m L/kg组、红花注射液2 m L/kg组4组,每组16只大鼠,采用改良的Zea-Longa线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,并根据分组进行相应的干预处理,然后采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10水平。结果与模型组比较,红花注射液4 m L/kg组、红花注射液2 m L/kg组大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1β水平明显降低,而IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与红花注射液4 m L/kg组比较,红花注射液2 m L/kg组大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1β水平明显升高,而IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液能够减少大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织促炎因子的表达,增加抑炎因子的表达,从而减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of safflower injection on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and IL-10 in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Sixty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group, model group, safflower injection 4 m L / kg group, safflower injection 2 m L / kg group, The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by the modified Zea-Longa method. The rats were subjected to corresponding interventions according to the grouping. Then the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β And IL-10 levels. Results Compared with model group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in brain tissue of 4 mg / kg safflor injection and 2 ml / kg safflower injection group were significantly decreased, while the levels of IL-10 were significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in brain tissue of Hong-hua injection 2 m L / kg group were significantly increased, while the levels of IL-10 were significantly decreased (P <0.05) ). Conclusion Safflower injection can reduce the expression of proinflammatory cytokines and increase the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in brain tissue after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, and thus alleviate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
