现代产品的多样化和微型化的发展趋势对制造技术提出了越来越高的要求,新工程材料的投入使用使切削技术作为制造技术的主要工艺面临越来越多的挑战。本文首先给出了微切削与传统切削的区分标准,然后通过对微切削与传统切削的机理(切削力、刀具磨损以及切屑的形成)进行对比研究,发现微切削不但服从于传统切削的一般规律,并且由于切削刃钝圆半径对切削过程有很大影响,微切削还有自身的特殊规律。
The development trend of diversification and miniaturization of modern products has put forward higher and higher requirements on manufacturing technology. Putting new engineering materials into use faces more and more challenges as the main technology of manufacturing technology. In this paper, the distinction between micro-cutting and traditional cutting is given first. Then, by comparing the micro-cutting with the traditional cutting mechanism (cutting force, tool wear and chip formation), it is found that micro-cutting is not only subject to the general rule of traditional cutting , And due to the blunt radius of the cutting edge has a great impact on the cutting process, micro-cutting has its own special laws.
