针对当前石灰窑传统方式控制运行中存在的工艺设备分散、控制精度差、工人劳动强度高、出现故障不能及时响应解决等缺点,提出了基于工厂以太网的石灰窑PLC自动控制系统。首先介绍了工业石灰窑生产线上工艺流程运行机理。其次结合现场PLC、本地IPC以及以太网客户端控制的各自优点,给出了系统4层硬件设计结构:设备层、控制层、操作层与扩展层。详细论述了石灰窑系统中PLC控制子系统、本地IPC子系统、以太网远程子系统等3个子系统的模块内容与设计要点。说明了本系统在企业中成功实际开发应用情况。
Aimed at the disadvantages of current lime kiln, such as dispersion of process equipment, poor control precision, high labor intensity of workers and failure to respond in time, a PLC automatic control system for lime kiln based on factory Ethernet is proposed. First introduced the industrial lime kiln production line operating mechanism of the process. Secondly combined with the advantages of on-site PLC, local IPC and Ethernet client control, the system hardware design structure of 4-layer is given: device layer, control layer, operation layer and extension layer. Detailed discussion of the lime kiln system PLC control subsystem, local IPC subsystem, Ethernet remote subsystem module content and design of three subsystems. Describes the successful development and application of the system in the enterprise.
