1病历摘要患者,男,32岁,突发右侧腰腹部疼痛半小时就诊。B超、尿常规、血常规、x线(腹部平片)、腹部cT检查,均未发现异常。1 h后右肾区疼痛加剧,难以忍受。临床初步诊断为肾结石(后经螺旋CT复查,发现右肾盂约2 mm小结石)。给予硫酸阿托品注射液0．5 mg,iv,10 min疼痛未缓解,即给予伊痛舒注射液(当归、川芎等提取物)2 ml,im。15 min内,疼痛一直未能减轻。加用氢溴酸山莨菪碱(654-2)20
