随着一些传统百货业由小型、分散型企业,发展成为跨国、跨省、跨区的集团、连锁式大型商场,行业内竞争态势愈演愈烈。企业竞争表面上是商品的竞争、文化的竞争,实际背后支撑的却是人力资源的竞争。而目前百货业人才的供给与发展极不匹配:企业一方面渴求人才,一方面又留不住人才,员工队伍的不稳定性使企业人力资源管理的难度和复杂性陡增。如下方面问题尤其突出:
With the development of some traditional department stores from small and decentralized enterprises to multinational, inter-provincial and cross-district groups and chain stores, the competition in the industry is intensifying. On the surface of enterprise competition is commodity competition, cultural competition, the actual support behind it is the competition of human resources.
