根据隧道盾构法施工工艺流程和施工特点,结合WBS-RBS法工作原理,构建风险分解矩阵,并运用该矩阵对隧道盾构法施工进行风险分析,得到盾构法施工风险体系图。通过该方法的运用对盾构法施工进行了全面、系统的风险分析,风险辨识结果对施工现场安全管理和隐患排查具有重要的现场指导意义。
According to the construction process and construction characteristics of the tunnel shield method, combined with the working principle of the WBS-RBS method, a risk decomposition matrix is constructed, and the risk analysis of the tunnel shield method is conducted by using the matrix. The risk system diagram of the shield method is obtained. Through the application of this method, a comprehensive and systematic risk analysis of the construction of the shield is carried out. The result of risk identification has important on-the-spot guidance to the safety management and risk investigation on the construction site.
