用溶胶凝胶法以SnCl4·5H2 O和铟为原料 ,制备出了铟锡氧化物 (SnO2 ·In2 O3)的二元氧化物纳米粉末 ,并用差热分析 (DTA)、X 射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)分析了氧化物的相组织和形态 .结果表明 ,所得SnO2 ·In2 O3 为纳米晶 ,主要晶型为四方锡石结构 ,微晶颗粒近似球形 ,粒径为 5~ 2 0nm ,In2 O3 为非晶物质 .
The binary oxide nano-powders of indium tin oxide (SnO2 · In2 O3) were prepared by sol-gel method using SnCl4 · 5H2O and indium as raw materials. The properties of the powders were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction , TEM (transmission electron microscopy) were used to analyze the phase structure and morphology of the oxide.The results show that the obtained SnO2 · In2 O3 is nanocrystalline with the tetragonal cassiterite as the main crystal form, and the crystallite grains are spherical with a particle size of 5 ~ 20 nm , In2 O3 is amorphous.
