1 简介与概述头孢哌酮是疗效确切、副作用小的第三代头孢菌素。它的合成是以7-ACA为原料，3位上的乙酰氧基被MMT(甲巯四氮唑)取代，生成7-TMCA(又名7-ACT)，然后7-TMCA的7位-NH2与OH-EPCP综合得到头孢哌酮酸，最后转钠成盐，合成路线为：7-TMCA的合成是头孢哌酮合成的关键性步
