本研究对 4 8例儿童鼻窦用层距为 5mm的连续冠状 CT扫描进行上颌窦容积的测量并与既往成人鼻窦CT资料相比较。 4 8例儿童 94侧 CT分两组 ,正常组4 0侧 ,双侧鼻窦炎组 58侧 ,后者又分为手术治疗亚组16侧和药物治疗亚组 38侧。应用数学积分原理按鼻窦由前至后的冠状 CT资料计算上
In this study, the maxillary sinus volume was measured in 48 consecutive children with sinuses using a continuous coronary CT scan at a layer-to-layer distance of 5 mm and compared with previous adult CT data. Forty-eight cases of children with 94 sides of the CT divided into two groups, the normal group 40 sides, 58 sides of the bilateral sinusitis group, the latter is divided into surgical treatment of subgroup of 16 sides and 38 sides of the drug treatment subgroup.
