目的了解综合医院心理咨询门诊患者就诊特点。方法对心理咨询门诊就诊的768例患者进行调查研究。结果 14～50岁,高中以上学历,学生、干部、工人和知识分子就诊率高;心理咨询中以健康咨询、学习障碍和疾病咨询为主,占65.99%;心理治疗中以抑郁症、焦虑症、抑郁性神经症、神经衰弱和器质性精神障碍为主,占65.09%。结论针对综合医院心理咨询门诊患者就诊特点,早发现,早治疗各种心理疾病。
Objective To understand the characteristics of general hospital counseling clinic patients. Methods A total of 768 cases of psychological counseling clinics were investigated. Results 14 to 50 years old, high school education, students, cadres, workers and intellectuals visiting rate; counseling in health counseling, learning disabilities and disease counseling, accounting for 65.99%; psychotherapy in depression, anxiety , Depressive neurosis, neurasthenia and organic mental disorders, accounting for 65.09%. Conclusion For general hospital counseling outpatient treatment characteristics, early detection and early treatment of various psychological diseases.
