高粘原油降粘剂是由丙烯酸二十二酯、马来酸酐、苯乙烯三元共聚物与非离子表面活性剂按一定的质量比复配成的产物。讨论了聚合物中的各组分的用量比 ,共聚物与表面活性剂的配比对降粘效果的影响 ,并测试了在 50℃ ,剪切速率 1 0 0 s- 1 条件时粘度为 550 0 MPa·s的高粘原油 ,加剂量为 0 .4 %时 ,原油凝点下降 1 4℃ ,粘度下降了 63 .6%。
High viscous crude oil viscosity reducer is a beeswax, maleic anhydride, styrene terpolymer and non-ionic surfactant compound by a certain mass ratio into the product. The effects of the ratio of the components in the polymer and the ratio of the copolymer to the surfactant on the viscosity reduction were discussed. The viscosity of the copolymer at 550 ℃ and the shear rate of 100 s-1 0 MPa · s high viscosity crude oil, the dosage of 0.4%, the crude oil freezing point down 14 ℃, viscosity decreased 63.6%.
