一、引言在化学工业中,需要能测量液体密度的传感器来代替费时的手工测量,为此本文将介绍一种基于新型压电谐振元件的简易方法。这种测量液体密度的基本原理是将液体成为谐振元件的组成部分,从而改变元件的谐振频率。为了满足高精度的要求,就需检测出谐振频率的微小变化,因此谐振元件必须具有高 Q值这一点是通过对元件的正确设计来实现的。 I. INTRODUCTION In the chemical industry, there is a need for a sensor that can measure liquid density instead of time-consuming manual measurements. For this reason, a simple method based on the new piezoelectric resonant element is introduced. The basic principle of this measurement of liquid density is to make the liquid an integral part of the resonant element, thereby changing the resonant frequency of the element. In order to satisfy the high-precision requirement, it is necessary to detect small changes in the resonance frequency, so that the resonance element must have a high Q value is achieved through the correct design of the element.
