本文通过对教师角色在新课程条件下五个方面的定位和思考的论述,指出教师角色应由重知识传递向重人的发展转变,重结果向重过程转变,由教学模式化向教学个性化转变。
Through the discussion of the teacher’s role positioning and thinking in five aspects under the new curriculum conditions, this article points out that the teacher’s role should be transferred from heavy knowledge to heavy person’s development, the heavy result should be changed to heavy process, from teaching mode to teaching personalization change.
