利用喷注式水力振动器解除油层伤害是一种物理法采油新技术。研究了该振动器的频率、功率等工作参数对其工作性能的影响。研究表明 ,谐振腔腔深可调节谐振频率的大小 ,喷距决定着振动效率的高低。对功率的估算表明该振动器可以产生足够大的振动功率 ,可有效地解除油层伤害。现场试验 1 0口井 ,解堵有效率 1 0 0 % ,达到了增产增注的目的。
The use of jet-type hydraulic vibrator to relieve oil layer damage is a physical method of oil production of new technologies. The effect of operating parameters such as frequency and power of the vibrator on its performance is studied. The research shows that the resonant cavity depth can adjust the resonant frequency, and the injection distance determines the vibration efficiency. Estimation of the power shows that the vibrator can generate enough vibration power to effectively relieve oil layer damage. Field test 10 wells, plug the effective rate of 100%, reaching the purpose of increasing production and injection.
