Respiratory Electron stimulation training (RET) was performed in 20 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by current harmonics and optical signal stimulation. The results showed that the respiratory rate and mean inspiratory flow rate decreased significantly at RET, and the tidal volume and sucking Gas interval increased significantly, diaphragmatic pressure increased, oxygen consumption and energy metabolism had no significant change; in RET15 days PaCO2 decreased significantly, PaO2 and exercise capacity was significantly increased, pulmonary ventilation improved significantly. It shows that RET can make the respiration of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) more profound, establish a more effective respiratory ventilation mode, improve the respiratory muscle function, and provide a new therapeutic approach for lung function rehabilitation of COPD.
