通过分析分级设备中分级力场方向和介质流体流动方向 ,提出了错流分级和逆流分级的概念 ,并在详细讨论这两种不同分级形式各自特点的基础上 ,设计出一种新型的错流离心分级设备。分级实验结果表明 ,该分级设备不仅适用于微细粉末分级 ,而且能在一次分级过程中获取多个窄级别分级产品
By analyzing the direction of grading force field and the direction of fluid flow in the grading equipment, the concept of cross-flow classification and countercurrent classification is put forward. Based on the detailed discussion of the characteristics of these two different grading forms, a new type of cross-flow Centrifugal grading equipment. The grading experiment results show that the grading equipment is not only suitable for the grading of the fine powder, but also can obtain multiple narrow-grade graded products in one grading process
