日本JFE钢铁公司开发了新型马氏体不锈钢HP13Cr和UHP15Cr钢管,它们具有良好的耐CO2腐蚀性和耐SSC(硫化物应力腐蚀)性,这些新型钢管可应用于使用条件受限的油井和气井环境中。由于新型钢管含Cr量较高,含C量较低,因此显著地改善了耐CO2腐蚀性。在高CO2分压环境下,HP13Cr钢管的临界使用温度为160℃;UHP15Cr钢管不仅屈服强度超过861MPa,而且临界使用温度高达200℃。另外,由于添加了Mo元素,从而改善了钢管的耐SSC性。这些新型钢管能在以往API-13Cr不锈钢钢管无法使用的高温、高CO2分压环境及含有少量H2S的环境下使用。
Japan’s JFE Steel has developed the new martensitic stainless steel HP13Cr and UHP15Cr steel tubes with good CO2 and SSC resistance. These new steel tubes can be used in well and gas well environments where service conditions are limited in. Due to the higher content of Cr in the new steel tube and the lower C content, the CO2 corrosion resistance is significantly improved. In the high CO2 partial pressure environment, HP13Cr steel pipe critical temperature is 160 ℃; UHP15Cr steel pipe not only yield strength exceeds 861MPa, and the critical temperature of up to 200 ℃. In addition, the addition of Mo element improves the SSC resistance of the steel pipe. These new tubes are designed for use in high temperature, high CO2 partial pressure and H2S-containing environments that were previously unavailable for API-13Cr stainless steel tubing.
