本文介绍用微带六端口反射计和开路同轴探头测量介电常数的原理及定标方法。实验数据表明，该测量系统具有较高的测量精度，比较适合于工业环境下介电特性的在线测量。
This article describes the principle and calibration method for measuring the dielectric constant with a microstrip six-port reflectometer and an open coaxial probe. Experimental data show that the measurement system has high measurement accuracy and is more suitable for on-line measurement of dielectric properties in industrial environments.
