The scientific research achievements of “Xinjiang Reconstruction and Application of Hydrology and Climate Sequence from 300 to 500 Years in Xinjiang” mainly by Xinjiang Institute of Meteorology won the third prize of 1997 National Science and Technology Progress Award.
