领导风格是影响员工工作倦怠感的重要组织因素之一,通过问卷调查7家国有煤矿企业354名矿工,运用回归分析法,分析论证了变革型领导和交易型领导对矿工工作倦怠的差异化影响,并探讨工作特征在二者之间的中介效果。验证结果表明:变革型领导和交易型领导均对矿工的工作倦怠有显著的负向影响;矿工对工作特征的认知程度与其工作倦怠有显著的负向影响关系;工作特征在交易型领导与工作倦怠之间起部分中介作用,而在变革型领导与工作倦怠之间没有中介作用。研究结果为企业管理者降低矿工工作倦怠感有借鉴作用。
Leadership style is one of the important organizational factors that affect employee burnout. Through questionnaire survey of 354 miners in 7 state-owned coal mines, regression analysis is used to analyze and demonstrate the differentiated impact of transformational and transactional leadership on miners’ job burnout , And explores the mediating effect of work characteristics in the two. The results show that both the transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant negative impact on the job burnout of miners. The cognitive degree of miners on job characteristics has a significant negative impact on job burnout. The employment characteristics in transactional leadership and Job burnout played a part of the intermediary role, but there is no intermediary between transformational leadership and job burnout. The results provide reference for managers to reduce the burnout of miners.
