目的研究兴安升麻Cimicifuga dahurica根茎的化学成分。方法利用正、反相硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱等方法对兴安升麻乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果共分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为升麻醇(1)、异阿魏酸(2)、升麻槭素B(3)、阿魏酸(4)、升麻醇-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(5)、25-O-乙酰基升麻醇-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(6)、24-O-乙酰基-异北升麻醇-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(7)、E-3-(3″-甲基-2″-亚丁烯基)-2-吲哚酮(8)、甲基阿魏酸(9)、升麻醇-3-酮(10)、25-O-乙酰基升麻醇(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)。结论化合物9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3、7、10为首次在该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of rhizome of Cimicifuga dahurica. Methods The ethanol extracts of Cimicifuga chinensis Francis were purified by reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin-layer chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results A total of 12 compounds were isolated and identified as coprophaster (1), isoferulic acid (2), coumadin B (3), ferulic acid (4), and copro-l-O-O- β-D-xylosid (5), 25-O-Acetylciprofloxazol-3-O-β-D-xyloside (6), 24-O-Acetyl-isonorbinol-3-O -β-D-xyloside (7), E-3-(3"-methyl-2"-butenyl)-2-indolone (8), methyl ferulate (9), cohosh Alcohol-3-one (10), 25-O-Acetyl-cimicellin (11), β-sitosterol (12). Conclusion Compound 9 was isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3, 7 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
