目的:主要分析品管圈在门诊药房管理中的应用价值。方法:2015年3月至6月在正安县人民医院门诊药房部引入品管圈模式,开展以“提高门诊药房管理水平”为主体的活动,旨在提高门诊药房管理人员的自我管理水平与解决问题的能力。同时,在活动后对比活动前本院门诊药房部的管理工作情况。结果:活动后相关人员的责任心、工作效率、解决问题能力等均优于活动前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈在门诊药房管理中具有良好的应用价值,能提高相关人员的工作能力,保证各项门诊药房管理工作顺利开展。
Objective: To mainly analyze the application value of quality control loop in outpatient pharmacy management. Methods: From March to June 2015, the quality control circle was introduced into the pharmacy department of Outpatient Department of Zheng’an People’s Hospital to carry out the activity of “improving management level of outpatient pharmacy” to improve self-management of outpatient pharmacy managers And the ability to solve problems. At the same time, we compared the management of outpatient pharmacies in our hospital before the event. Results: After the activity, the staffs’ sense of responsibility, work efficiency and problem solving were superior to those before the activity, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality control circle has a good application value in outpatient pharmacy management, which can improve the working ability of related personnel and ensure the smooth development of outpatient pharmacy management.
