本文研究了45钢辉光放电膏剂渗硼工艺。与普通膏剂渗硼工艺相比,在较低的渗硼温度下,辉光放电膏剂渗硼可得到较厚的单相Fc_2B渗硼层,且组织致密,具有较高的耐磨性。
This article studies the 45 steel glow discharge paste boronizing process. Compared with the ordinary boronizing, the boronizing of the glow discharge paste can obtain thicker single-phase Fc_2B boronizing layer at lower boronizing temperature, and the microstructure is dense and has high wear resistance.
