目的通过识别,分析某工业园液化石油气叠合项目生产期间可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害性程度,并找出关键控制点,探究科学有效的防护措施和策略,为安全生产监督管理部门对工业园液化石油气生产审批提供相应技术依据。方法进行现场职业卫生调查,采样、检测工业园液化石油生产的职业病危害因素,分析其危害性及对劳动者职业健康的影响。结果该工业园液化石油气叠合项目职业病危害因素种类较多,主要包括化学毒性物质、物理因素以及粉尘等,根据化学物质职业病危害的不同风险等级评价标准,其中溶剂汽油、液化石油气在职业病危害风险中被评为低风险水平,而苯、甲苯、二甲苯、硫化氢、氨在职业病危害风险中被评为中等风险水平。结论该工业园液化石油气叠合项目属于职业病危害较为严重的工艺项目,工艺流程生产中应正确认识职业病危害因素的存在地点、工序流程、分布位置等,并加强防护措施。
Objective By identifying and analyzing the possible hazardous factors and hazardous degree of occupational diseases during the production of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) gas composite project in an industrial park, and to find out the key control points and to explore scientifically effective protective measures and strategies for safety production supervision and management departments Industrial Park liquefied petroleum gas production approval to provide the appropriate technical basis. Methods Investigate on-site occupational health, sampling and testing occupational hazards of liquefied petroleum production in industrial parks, and analyze their harmfulness and impact on occupational health of laborers. Results There were more occupational hazards in the industrial liquefied petroleum gas overlapping project, including chemical toxic substances, physical factors and dust. According to different risk levels of chemical occupational hazards, solvent gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas Hazard risk was rated as low risk, while benzene, toluene, xylene, hydrogen sulfide, and ammonia were rated as medium risk for occupational hazards. Conclusions The liquefied petroleum gas overlapping project in this industrial park belongs to the more serious industrialized projects with occupational disease hazards. The production sites should have a correct understanding of the place, process flow and distribution of occupational hazards in the process of production and strengthen protective measures.
