每个孩子都是一个独立的、有思想的个体,他们有自尊心,渴望得到他人或集体的尊重。教师应当理解孩子的这种心理需要,给予他们更多的理解、更多的关心和爱护,温暖他们幼小的心灵。我们在日常的教育工作中,如果能处处注意尊重孩子的人格,重视培养和保护他们的自尊心,那么孩子就会形成活泼向上的积极情感和良好的个性品质。一、尊重孩子的人格,不主观臆断每个到幼儿园来的孩子,内心都怀着当个“好孩子”的真诚愿望,希望得到老师的爱护和肯定。所以教师在评价孩子的行为时要慎重,不要武断。尤其是对少数缺点比较突出的孩子,更不能凭印象作出判断。
